GLOBAL TRADING company provides inspection during production, pre-shipment inspection and Container Loading Inspection services with their partner (Universal GmbH) to supply trustable goods delivery to customers.

1 - During Production Inspection (DPI)

GLOBAL TRADING (Universal GmbH) experienced engineers will go to the factory to perform the production monitoring (In-production Inspection / During Production inspection) during the manufacturing process. They find out the issues and report them to the factory and clients immediately to ensure a smoothly running production. An production monitoring ( In-Production Inspection, During Production Inspection ) report with full information will be emailed to you within 24 hours.

To obtain a proper representation of your order, GLOBAL TRADING (Universal GmbH) uses various sampling techniques (or other sampling technique required by you).

Items checked when running During Production Inspection, production monitoring:

• Verify the production plan
• Inspect the packing way and related labels
• Inspect the storage way of your products
• Inspect the workmanship appearance
• Check function, size and measurement
• Perform the reliability and safety tests
• Other specified requirements from you

Some of the following countries only require inspection if the invoice is over a certain value or only on certain types of products.

2 - Pre-Shipment Inspection - PSI

GLOBAL TRADING (Universal GmbH) suggests you use our pre-shipment inspection service. Pre shipment inspection is also known as product inspection, final random inspection, PSI etc...

It happens when the order is 100% completed, packed and ready to ship (unless otherwise requested).Then a product inspection will be performed.

GLOBAL TRADING (Universal GmbH) will send our experienced engineers to make the on-site PSI for you. A product inspection report with photos for what we see at the factory will be emailed to you within 24 hours.

We will do below product inspections when performing pre-shipment inspection (PSI):

• contract quantities
• the packing way and related labels
• the storage way of your products
• workmanship appearance
• function, size and measurement
• reliability and safety tests
• related shipping files
• other specified requirements from you

3 - Container Loading Inspection

GLOBAL TRADING (Universal GmbH) suggests you use our Container Loading Inspection services. It happens in the manufacturer's warehouse or the forwarder's premises.

Not only the loading of the correct products and its quantity are supervised during the Container Loading Inspection but also the correct packaging and the quality of the goods are inspected.

A report with full information and photos will be emailed to you within 24 hours. By that report, you will know the whole container loading process and your products inside the container

Below items checked when Container Loading Inspection:

• Record down the container loading conditions (weather, arrival time of containers, container number, truck number etc...)
• Inspect the packing ways of your products including the shipping mark, carton dimension, gross weight etc.
• Verify the quantity of goods put into the container when performing the container loading supervision( Container Loading Inspection, Container Loading Check, CLS)
• Verify if the products are the ones you want. We will randomly draw some samples to check the general quality for you during the Container Loading Inspection.
• Record down the container loading process with photos
• Record down the seal number of container
